Premium melange with excellent organoleptic characteristics due to high butter content (50%). Enables the preparation of top-quality biscuits and cakes with distinctive taste. Excellent workability.

INGREDIENTS

Fat 80% [concentrated butter 50 percent, vegetable fats (palm and palm kernel), vegetable oils ( sunflower, soybean) in varying proportions], water, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity corrector citric acid, flavorings, carotene dyes.
