Melange with a butter content (20%) that gives it an intense butter flavor, but also perfect plasticity during preparation. Ideal for making creams, shortcakes and puff pastries.

INGREDIENTS

Fat 80% [vegetable fats (palm and palm kernel) vegetable oils: (sunflower, soybean) in varying proportions in varying proportions and concentrated butter], water, salt, emulsifiers mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity corrector citric acid, flavorings, carotene dyes.
