DESCRIPTION

Complete mixture for making naturally leavened long-rising bread with the distinct flavor and color of Turmeric and pumpkin seeds. Its distinctive qualities are complex flavor, slower rising, crisp crust, longer shelf life and the possibility of different types of processing. With the methodology of using cold processing, production time is optimized.

INGREDIENTS

Type 00 wheat flour, pumpkin seeds, quinoa seeds, vital wheat gluten, dried rye sourdough, dried wheat sourdough, turmeric (0.5%), yeast from wheat flour, dried yeast, malted wheat flour, E300 flour treatment agent, alpha amylase enzymes.
