DESCRIPTION

Vegetable SF/Croix POF Piatta is the recipe designed to create puff pastry and croissants with excellent yield, intense taste and no palm oil.

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable fats (cocoa and coconut butter) and vegetable oils (sunflower and safflower) in varying proportions 80%, water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings, annatto bissin coloring.
