DESCRIPTION

SPRINT CREAM is a semi-finished powder for the preparation of excellent quality custard with a distinctive taste and color and can be customized with hazelnut, pistachio, chocolate, zabaglione or whipped cream pastes to make a fantastic Chantilly cream. SPRINT CREAM is easy to use and makes it possible to obtain a cream with a smooth and velvety appearance, with a texture that guarantees resistance even to cooking and freezing.

Sugar, modified starch: E1414, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, gelling agent: E339, E450, E516, preservative: E202, thickener: E401, flavorings, coloring agent: E160b.

    SPRINT CREAM 350g, Water 1000g. Instructions: pour water and sprint cream into planetary mixer, mix with whisk at 2nd speed until cream is well blended. Rest for 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator before use. Store the cream at +4° in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
