DESCRIPTION

High-quality dark chocolate substitute couverture. It is characterized by the use of hydrogenated fats and a significant percentage of cocoa (18%). Products made with SENNA remain dark brown and glossy over time and have a strong, intense cocoa flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernels), fat-reduced cocoa (11% of cocoa butter), emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
