Ready-to-use neutral-flavored jelly for shining baked confectionery products. It gives a beautiful shine to products, solidifying instantly and remaining intact for long periods without any alteration.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, water, dextrose, thickeners (agar-agar and pectin), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidifier (citric acid).
