DESCRIPTION

Berry-based, chunk-free filling with a soft, creamy appearance. Can be used with sac a poche or dosing machines, and is suitable for pre and post-baking filling of brioches, croissants, krapfen and baked goods. Perfect for filling tarts because of its excellent hold in the oven.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, berry puree in variable prop. 35% (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries), coloring agents (enocyanine and caramel E150d), sugar, thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and alginate sodium, acidity correctors: citric acid and calcium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings. May contain traces of milk and milk derivatives.
