DESCRIPTION

Vegetale SF/Croix POF is the recipe designed to create puff pastry and croissants with excellent yield, intense taste and no palm oil.

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable fats and oils (cocoa butter, coconut, sunflower, soybean, and safflower in varying proportions), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, annatto bissin coloring.
