DESCRIPTION

Superior quality dark chocolate substitute couverture, which is characterized by the use of non-hydrogenated fats and a very high percentage of cocoa (26%). Products made with TAGO remain very dark but shiny over time and have an intense, lingering cocoa flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernels, palm), fat-reduced cocoa powder (11% of cocoa butter), emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
