DESCRIPTION

High-quality milk chocolate substitute couverture. It is characterized by the use of hydrogenated fats and a balanced blend of cocoa and milk. Products made with SENNA LATTE remain glossy over time with a light brown color and a pleasant milk chocolate taste.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernels), skimmed milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa (10/12% cocoa butter), whey powder, emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
