DESCRIPTION

High-quality white chocolate substitute couverture. It is characterized by the use of hydrogenated fats and a good percentage of milk. Products made with WHITE SENNA remain whiter and shinier over time and have a delicate milk taste.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernels), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
