Active starter, formulated with natural yeast, rye and wheat sourdoughs and enzymes. It gives freagrance and volume over time to the bakery products. Suggested dosage: 3-4% of flour.

Natural wheat yeast, dried wheat sourdough, yeast, dried rye sourdough, flour treatment agent E300, alpha amylase enzymes.
