DESCRIPTION

Red, chunk-free mixed fruit puree with the perfect texture and spreadability for filling before or after baking brioches, croissants and krapfen. Sipral purees are a versatile solution designed specifically for industry and large laboratories.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, cherry and apricot puree in variable prop. 20 percent, sugar, thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate, acidity correctors: citric acid and calcium citrate, concentrated black carrot juice, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavors.
