DESCRIPTION

Dark chocolate substitute couverture with a high level of quality and an excellent value for money. It is characterized by the use of hydrogenated fats and a good percentage of cocoa (13%). Products made with NILO remain dark brown and glossy over time and have an intense and strong cocoa flavor.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernels), fat-reduced cocoa powder (11% of cocoa butter), emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
