DESCRIPTION

Apricot-flavored spray jelly for shining baked confectionery products through the spray machine. It gives a beautiful shine to products, solidifying instantly and remaining intact for long periods without any alteration.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, apricot puree, gelling agents (E407, E415), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidifier (citric acid), flavoring, coloring agent (beta-carotene E160a).
