DESCRIPTION

A sour cherry-based, chunk-free filling with a soft, creamy appearance. Can be used with sac a poche or with dispensing machines, and is suitable for pre- and post-baking filling of brioches, croissants, krapfen and baked goods. Perfect for filling tarts because of its excellent hold in the oven.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, sour cherry puree 35%, sugar, thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate, acidity correctors: citric acid and sodium citrate, concentrated black carrot juice, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings.
