DESCRIPTION

Fruit-based semi-finished product for baked confectionery products, for professional use only. The product is obtained by mixing fruit puree and sugars, with the addition of pectin and processing aids.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, sour cherry puree 35%, sugar, thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium citrate, concentrated black carrot juice, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavourings.
