DESCRIPTION

Apricot-based, chunk-free filling with a soft, creamy appearance. Usable with sac a poche or with dispensing machines, it is suitable for pre- and post-baking filling of brioches, croissants, krapfen and baked goods. Perfect for filling tarts because of its excellent hold in the oven.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 35 percent (origin Italy), sugar, thickener: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate, acidity correctors: citric acid and calcium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings.
