DESCRIPTION

Sour cherries based filling, without pieces, with a high percentage of fruit. The Extra line is perfect for pre- and post-oven filling of high-quality confectionery products and fine pastries.

INGREDIENTS

Sour cherries (90%), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup. Gelling agent: pectin. Acidity corrector: citric acid. Mechanically pitted fruit, may contain stone fragments.
