Remilled durum wheat semolina, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, type “0” soft wheat flour, whole grain oat flour, whole grain spelt flour, soft wheat sourdough, natural yeast from soft wheat flour, flour treatment agent E300, alpha amylase enzymes.
