DESCRIPTION

NUPPY THERMO is a soft, spreadable cream with a light brown color and an intense hazelnut flavor. This product was created to be used for pre-bake filling of shortcrust pastry and puff pastry. Thanks to its soft texture, it is practical to use and retains its creaminess even after baking.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, refined vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), hazelnuts (10%), fat-reduced cocoa (10/12% cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
