DESCRIPTION

NUPPY PISTACHIO PIU’ is a stable spreadable cream with a dark green color and intense pistachio flavor. The pistachio in the recipe (15%) gives the cream an intense and persistent pistachio flavor, appreciated by even the most demanding palates. This product can be used for post-bakery filling of all pastry products.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, soya and palm in varying proportions), pistachio (15%), whey powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, salt, flavourings.
