DESCRIPTION

It is presented as a spreadable, stable, dark brown cream with an unmistakable cocoa flavor. It gives the cream an inherent and characterizing taste. This product can be used for post-bakery filling of all pastry products.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, refined vegetable oils (sunflower, soya and palm in varying proportions), fat-reduced cocoa powder (11% cocoa butter), emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
