DESCRIPTION

NUPPY GELATO is a very soft cream with a typical gianduia taste and color, well balanced between hazelnuts and cocoa. The product is ideal for ice cream variegation or for the preparation of ice cream cremini. The special recipe allows the product to remain creamy down to – 15°.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, sunflower oil, hazelnuts (10%), skimmed milk powder, low-fat cocoa 10/12% cocoa butter, soy and sunflower lecithin emulsifiers, flavorings.
