DESCRIPTION

NUPPY BIANCA CIOK is a stable white spreadable cream with an intense white chocolate flavor. The white chocolate in the recipe (10%) gives the cream its characteristic white chocolate taste, appreciated by even the most demanding palates. This product can be used for post-bakery filling of all pastry products.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, refined vegetable oils (sunflower, soya and palm in varying proportions), whole milk powder, white chocolate 10% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifiers: sunflower and soy lecithins, flavourings.
