Neutral-flavored jelly for shining baked confectionery products. The Alaska line gives a beautiful shine to products, keeping intact for long periods without any alteration.

Glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, thickener (E407, E410), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidifier (citric acid).
