DESCRIPTION

Strawberry based filling, without pieces, with a soft and creamy appearance. Can be used with piping bags or with dosing machines, it is suitable for pre- and post-oven filling of brioches, croissants, krapfen and baked confectionery products. Perfect for filling tarts thanks to its excellent oven-proof properties.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose-fructose syrup, strawberry puree 35%, sugar, thickener: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate, acidity regulators: citric acid and calcium citrate, concentrated black carrot juice, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings.
