Berries based filling, without pieces, with a high percentage of fruit. The Extra line is perfect for pre- and post-oven filling of high-quality confectionery products and fine pastries.

INGREDIENTS

Berries in variable prop. 45% (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, currants, strawberries), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, thickener: pectin, acidity regulators: citric acid and calcium citrate, coloring agents: concentrated carrot juice
black and enocyanin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings. May contain traces of milk and milk derivatives.
