DESCRIPTION

Ready-to-use lemon-flavored Hydrated cream. Filly Lemon is a multipurpose product suitable for both pre-baked and post-baked filling of croissants, puff pastries, cakes and small pastries.

INGREDIENTS

Water, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, dextrose, thickeners: (modified starch from corn, sodium alginate), cream, skim milk powder, acidifiers and acidity correctors (citrate of sodium, freeze-dried lemon juice, citric acid), salt, preservative potassium sorbate, flavorings, colors
(E100- E161b), emulsifiers E471.
