DESCRIPTION

Black cherry based filling, without pieces, with a high percentage of fruit. The Extra line is perfect for pre- and post-oven filling of high-quality confectionery products and fine pastries.

INGREDIENTS

Candied sour cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated sour cherry juice and cherry puree, acidifier: citric acid, coloring agents: enocyanin and concentrated black carrot juice, thickeners: pectin and agar-agar, flavorings, preservative: potassium sorbate and sulfur dioxide E220 (as a residue).
